Order Time vs. Processing Time
The order time refers to when your purchase is completed, while the processing time refers to how long it takes for us to prepare and ship your order. These are two distinct processes. -
Processing Time
All orders typically require 1-3 business days to be processed. However, during periods of high order volume or when we restock inventory, processing may take up to 7 business days or longer. Please allow us additional time to prepare your order. -
Shipping Time
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. -
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If we make an error while fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect items or damaged products), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We require a photo of the items you received, along with the packing slip, to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Once we receive your details, we will work to arrange a replacement or refund for your order. -
Returns & Refunds

- A description of the issue in the subject line (e.g., “Refund Request – Damaged Item”)
- A detailed description of the issue in the email body
- The packing slip and any relevant details about the items being returned
